Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our organization's HR team. This role is vital in supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human capital management practices and demonstrate a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. Administer employee evaluation and performance management processes, supporting managers with goal setting and feedback sessions. Coordinate benefits administration activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Develop and implement training & development programs aimed at enhancing workforce skills and career progression. Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve concerns efficiently. Ensure regulatory compliance management across all HR functions, including employment & labor law adherence and HR legal compliance. Maintain accurate HR data within systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Oracle HCM, utilizing Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Process payroll accurately using payroll systems like UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Conduct regular audits of personnel administration records and support HR department projects aligned with strategic planning objectives. Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in human resources management or related roles within diverse organizational settings. Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as ATS platforms (e.g., Lever) and HR systems like Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation policies, and HR legal compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance management, training & development, and benefits administration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Skilled in data collection, entry, and analysis using Excel or similar tools for reporting purposes. Project management experience supporting organizational initiatives related to workforce management or organizational design. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and experience managing employee safety programs is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in administrative tasks.
