Job Description
HR Generalist | Onsite | North Salt Lake, Utah
Wage Range:
29- 32$ an hour
Hours:
35- 40 hrs a week (Possible 4-day/week shift) Start Date Immediate Working for a client.
- Collaborate with managers to create job descriptions, post, and full cycle recruit.
- Coordinate and manager new hire and benefit orientation.
- Manage and administer compensation, benefit plans, broker interactions and employee incentives.
- Assist with varied administrative tasks, across the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR Policies, Time Off, and Benefits.
- Develop and coordinate performance management processes and tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR processes that align with company goals. Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or commensurate experience.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with all employees and leadership individuals effectively.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws, employment regulation, and HR best practices
- Experience with MS Office suite including Excel required.
- HR certifications and training are a plus.
- Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks throughout the day.
Essential Functions:
Work is accomplished at a computer terminal either sitting or standing. Employees must access, input, and retrieve information from the computer system. Daily work includes computer interfacing, data entry, communications (electronic and physical), movement throughout the office, attending meetings, etc. Physical demands include the ability to lift and move objects (typically 0- 10 lbs.
