Port Townsend, WA Human Resources Analyst I- Operations & Processes Jefferson County is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Human Resources (HR) Analyst to coordinate and support a wide range of HR processes across the organization.
- researching the history of an employee or personnel action, reviewing policies or collective bargaining agreements, analyzing compensation or other HR data, resolving discrepancies, and developing recommendations when the answer isn't immediately clear.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, or a related field and two (2) years of progressively responsible HR experience; OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of progressively responsible HR experience; OR six (6) years of progressively responsible HR experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience should include work in multiple HR functional areas such as recruitment, personnel administration, or employee relations. Public sector experience is preferred.Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position at grade MG16. The monthly salary range is $6,336. 32- $7,792. 86, depending on qualifications.
