Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in the Inland Northwest to find an engaging and people-focused HR Generalist. Pay:

$30-$36/hr depending on experience What You'll Do

+ Support employee relations efforts and respond to employee questions with professionalism and care

+ Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle processes

+ Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation with accuracy and discretion

+ Assist with benefits administration and leave management

+ Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

+ Partner with managers on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day employee needs Requirements What We're Looking For + 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or similar role

+ Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements

+ Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
