Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support a range of HR functions within the organization. This role is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of HR strategies, managing recruitment activities, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in human resources practices, organized, and able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiativesManage recruitment and selection activitiesAssist with employee engagement, development, motivation, and retention effortsHelp maintain HR policies, procedures, and systemsPromote a positive and productive work environmentSupport performance management and appraisal processesIdentify training needs and assist with learning and development programsPrepare reports and provide HR-related support to managementHelp ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policiesAdminister compensation, benefits, and other HR programs as needed
