Job Description

Description We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support a range of HR functions within the organization. This role is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of HR strategies, managing recruitment activities, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in human resources practices, organized, and able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities

+ Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

+ Manage recruitment and selection activities

+ Assist with employee engagement, development, motivation, and retention efforts

+ Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems

+ Promote a positive and productive work environment

+ Support performance management and appraisal processes

+ Identify training needs and assist with learning and development programs

+ Prepare reports and provide HR-related support to management

+ Help ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies

+ Administer compensation, benefits, and other HR programs as needed Requirements Qualifications

+ Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws

+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

+ Good judgment and decision-making ability

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
