Job Summary Join Our Team We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused ABA Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ABA Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of clinical and administrative positions throughout Washington State, including BCBAs, LABAs, RBTs, CBTs, Behavior Technicians, Intake Coordinators, Administrative Staff, and Leadership positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, driven by results, experienced in healthcare or ABA recruiting, and passionate about building strong teams that support quality clinical services. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. Develop and post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, company websites, and industry-specific job boards. Source qualified candidates through recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, career fairs, and professional associations. Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records. Create and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. ABA & Clinical Recruitment Recruit for ABA-related positions including: Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LABAs) Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) Behavior Technicians Clinical Supervisors Intake Coordinators Administrative Support Staff Understand BACB certification requirements and Washington State licensing requirements. Verify credentialing and licensing status during the hiring process. Partnership & Relationship Building Build relationships with universities, training programs, colleges, and ABA organizations. Develop recruiting partnerships that increase candidate flow. Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting events as needed. Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Human Resources Generalist Support Partner with Clinical Administrators and department leaders to identify staffing needs. Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements and hiring expectations. Provide regular updates regarding recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline status. Offer recommendations on recruitment strategies and market trends. Onboarding Support Assist with offer letter preparation and negotiation. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including: Background checks Reference checks Drug screenings (if applicable) Credential verification Support candidate onboarding and transition into employment. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation. Track recruiting metrics, including: Time-to-fill Source effectiveness Candidate conversion rates Offer acceptance rates Ensure compliance with: Federal employment laws Washington State employment regulations Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines Company hiring policies QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience. Experience with full-cycle recruitment. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, mental health, education, or related fields. Knowledge of ABA terminology and clinical staffing models. Experience recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, CBTs, or related clinical positions. Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and social media recruiting strategies. Experience in multi-site healthcare recruitment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
