Our client, a global third-party logistics company, is looking to hire an On-Site Supervisor for their location in Sumner, WA . In this role, the candidate would be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for temporary employees and client management. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the temporary workforce.

The Day-to-Day:

Monitor daily attendance and employee performance. Assist with onboarding, orientations, and employee coaching. Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate attendance and workforce records. Partner with recruiting teams to support staffing needs and fill open positions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Previous staffing, HR, customer service, or operations experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.

Pay Rate:

$25.00 to $28.00 /hr

Sunday to Wednesday, 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday to Wednesday, 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM Wednesday to Saturday, 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM Wednesday to Saturday, 5:45 PM to 6:00

AM Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
