Nonprofit Location:
Cudahy, WI Area Compensation:

$25

•28/hour | $55,000

•60,000 when hired permanently

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with some flexibility

Work Arrangement:

Onsite initially, then 1-2 days remote per week

Benefits:

Business casual; casual Fridays About the Opportunity Join a well-established, mission-driven nonprofit as an HR Generalist supporting approximately 75 employees. You'll work closely with the HR Manager across benefits, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, payroll, HR administration, and employee events. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2+ years of HR experience looking to broaden their skill set, as well as an experienced HR professional looking to grow within a nonprofit organization. Key Duties Support day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries Assist with onboarding, benefits, and employee records Support recruiting and talent acquisition efforts Assist with payroll processing and coordination Support employee relations and HR communications Coordinate employee events and HR initiatives Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR files Assist the HR Manager with various projects and process improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field 1-2+ years of solid HR experience Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to hit the ground running Ability to work across multiple areas of HR and adapt to changing priorities #HR/ADMIN9
