Job Description

HR Generalist Works with the VP of Human Resources to administer a variety of HR activities regarding employee benefits, employee relations, HR policy, recruitment and legal compliance. This position serves as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive organizational success.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes and maintains communications with employees at all levels to disseminate appropriate information regarding corporate strategies, programs, performance, etc. Coordinate employee benefits, including enrollment and employee education. Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Advises managers of and participates in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, discipline, and termination procedures. Maintains proper reporting and tracking mechanisms to ensure company is compliant with all federal, state, and local human resources requirements. Manages on-boarding orientation program for welcoming and integrating new employees and maintains positive employee relations through consistent personal communication. Keeps abreast of changes and updates in employment law. Contribute to HR projects, such as performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Participates in additional activities contributing to the overall goals of the company as the opportunities arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree. 3+ years of recent HR experience with knowledge of HR employment law.

$70,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
