As the HR Intern you'll contribute to meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, and cultivate career-ready skills. We are looking for fresh talent to help our team "bloom"! What You'll DoAs an HR Intern, you'll play an active role in supporting our energetic and collaborative team and employees: Assist with recruiting and onboarding for both hourly and salaried roles. Support HR compliance efforts, policy administration, and employee recordkeeping. Help administer time and attendance policies Collect and analyze onboarding feedback to improve the new hire experience to ensure we are helping them bloom and grow into productive and happy employees.
