Human Resources Generalist Truity Partners, LLC Madison, WI Job Details Full-time $30 - $37 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications FMLA Process improvement Bachelor's degree Recruiting Employee engagement Full Job Description Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization in the Madison area, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This role will support a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS support, and compliance initiatives. The organization is currently undergoing an exciting transition from ADP to UKG, making HRIS experience especially valuable. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being a hands-on business partner and working closely with employees at all levels of an organization. Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations matters. Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Support benefits administration, including enrollment, employee communications, and leave management. Assist with FMLA, COBRA, workers' compensation, and other HR compliance activities. Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy. Support payroll processes and serve as backup when needed. Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events. Prepare reports and assist with various HR projects and process improvements. Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and employee development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of HR Generalist or related human resources experience. Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance. Experience working within an HRIS platform. UKG, UltiPro, Kronos, or similar HRIS/payroll system experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Pay:
$30.00 - $37.00 per hour
