Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience. Support recruiting efforts by conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communications. Manage background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements. Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions, policies, and administrative processes. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and other department programs. Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources, recruiting, administrative, or related professional experience. Working knowledge of onboarding, recruiting, employee records, and general HR practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS and other business systems.
