 $65K/year-$75K/year, based on experience
Hours:
40 hours per week, 8am-4pm,
Monday-Friday Length:
Temporary to hire, potentially Direct Hire for the right candidate

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development AND/OR 3+ years related experience and/or training HR experience in a manufacturing industry is required SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
certifications a plus Solid working knowledge of HR processes Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Teams and Outlook knowledge Time management and organization skills Communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients Proactive, good decision making and problem solving skills Self-confident and self-motivated, thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment Must be okay going into the manufacturing area at times
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage all HR programs and policies Assist with the process to promote continuous employee development and organizational growth Lead recruitment efforts, manage the onboarding process, and implement retention strategies Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace environment Ensure compliance with affirmative action policies and equal employment opportunity regulations Conduct regular timekeeping reviews, manage payroll updates, and correct payroll discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely compensation Organize, maintain, and update employee records, including accurate data entry and management within HRIS systems Provide assistance with the company's Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits programs Potential to learn light payroll tasks such as tracking pay changes and calculating referral bonuses If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to clerical@flexstaff.com.
