Job Description

Location:
Wisconsin, USA Job Summary : We are looking for an HR Specialist to own end-to-end HR operations for our Wisconsin manufacturing site. You will manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll & benefits, employee relations, and US labor compliance. This role serves as the bilingual HR liaison connecting the US site and China headquarters.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, background checks, offer issuance and new hire onboarding, including I-9 and E-Verify completion
  • Administer PTO, sick leave, FMLA and benefits enrollment; provide support for bi-weekly payroll activities
  • Address employee inquiries and workplace concerns; ensure ongoing compliance with FLSA, EEOC, ADA and Wisconsin state labor regulations
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records, and prepare regular HR reports for China HQ
  • Translate HR documents and conduct cross-regional communication in both Mandarin and English
  • Coordinate compliance training, safety training and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
  • US Green Card holder, legally authorized to work in the United States (No visa sponsorship available)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on US local HR operation experience; manufacturing background preferred
  • Working knowledge of US employment regulations, I-9 / E-Verify, payroll and benefits administration
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and excellent organizational skills Preferred:
  • Chinese overseas background
  • SHRM certification
  • Prior HR experience within manufacturing/factory environments
Pay:
$3,000.00
  • $4,500.
