Brook Valley Management is expanding its Retail, Collections and Export operations throughout the system and seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will actively drive our talent acquisition capabilities within all levels of the organization. Job Description The individual who will be successful in this role will be energetic, collaborative, have strong communication skills and is results driven. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious and have the vision to develop creative strategies to attract and hire the best talent. You have deep knowledge of the retail market and believe that talent is critical to the success of the business. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for supporting the South East region and will be accountable for ensuring that all open jobs in the region are filled efficiently and effectively with quality talent. You will be a business partner to the field leadership team. Conduct full life cycle recruiting for field positions: posting, sourcing, pre-screening applications and resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, assisting in selection and coordinating offers. Design creative sourcing strategies as appropriate; combine social media efforts with on-foot, in market networking to identify potential talent. Build and maintain a database of quality candidates for current and future openings. This includes planning for future open positions by networking with industry professionals working for competitor brands and building a talent pipeline. Develop and create talent pools in all major U.S. regions to ensure top talent planning objectives are being met. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers in effort to understand the needs of the business, markets, etc. Training the field to ensure there is consistency and efficiency in hiring practices and continuously educating and coaching them on ways to identify and assess top talent. Reporting accurate, timely and relevant data, metrics and insights pertaining to the field recruiting. Working knowledge of Job Board and Social Media platforms used as recruiting sources
