About the OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and identifying top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in both sourcing and candidate management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategiesSource qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsScreen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualificationsCoordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsPrepare and extend employment offersTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities as neededEnsure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices
