We are looking for a Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for a contract position based in Irondale, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who can manage hiring from initial outreach through the offer stage while maintaining a strong candidate experience. The position will focus on corporate and high-volume recruiting needs within a retail environment, with an emphasis on building talent pipelines and keeping hiring activity organized through an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment activities across the full hiring lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, selection, and offer coordination. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate and high-volume openings by using proactive sourcing methods and targeted outreach. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on priorities, and recommend effective approaches to attract talent with relevant experience. Screen applicants to evaluate experience, skills, and fit, then present candidates with relevant experience for further consideration. Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and requisition updates accurately within the applicant tracking system. Monitor hiring timelines and workload across multiple openings, adjusting priorities to meet business staffing needs. Support recruiting operations and related process updates as needed, including changes tied to internal hiring workflows or systems. Experience managing full cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages. Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to support multiple requisitions at the same time. Proven success in high-volume hiring environments where speed and quality are both important. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify talent through various channels and outreach methods. Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate records and recruiting activity. Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
