The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs and will w, dif Staff Specialist/ Recruiter duties: Research job seekers, generate leads, and post job ads. Review resumes and applications. Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills and suitability for specific job openings. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates. Conduct drug tests and background checks when necessary. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Utilize internal recruiting systems to record, update and track all candidate's data. Communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client.

Requirements:

At least 6 months of previous experience in recruiting, customer service, employee management. Own reliable transportation. Must be able to travel locally. Must be available full time. Must be bilingual English/ Spanish.
