• Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Staffing Recruiter job in Goodyear, AZ.

As an Onsite Staffing Recruiter with Inergroup, you will play a critical role in our mission to match exceptional candidates with outstanding job opportunities. You will be responsible for high-volume recruiting, working closely with our clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay•Starting salary of $50,000 - $55,000 and great benefits available!

• Primary responsibilities for Onsite Staffing Recruiter jobs include:
• + Source top talent through various channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals + Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates.

+ Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings. + Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, personality, and cultural fit. + Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks. + Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters. + Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed. + Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations. Generate regular reports on staffing metrics. + Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

• Requirements:

• + 1 - 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role.

+ Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. + Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
