As a Staffing Specialist, you'll play a key role in recruiting top talent, supporting client workforce needs, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Management Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding and retention. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit. Build strong relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted career resource. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and placement information in the ATS. Administer assessments, employment verifications, reference checks, and required pre-employment screenings. Extend conditional offers and determine appropriate compensation based on experience, skills, and market factors. Communicate client expectations, workplace policies, and assignment details to field talent. Support payroll, onboarding, training, and employee relations activities as needed. Client Engagement & Business Growth Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits. Partner with Sales, Branch Management, and Client Specialists to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions. Promote open positions through job postings, social media, community outreach, and recruiting events. Participate in client and prospect visits, including worksite evaluations. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business leads. Performance & Accountability Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support client demand. Meet weekly recruiting, interviewing, placement, and retention goals. Contribute to branch growth by supporting gross margin and placement objectives. Generate leads and market qualified candidates to prospective clients. Track recruiting activity and performance metrics to drive results. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and staffing needs. Teamwork & Culture Collaborate closely with Talent Coordinators and branch team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Support team goals and contribute to branch success. Demonstrate CoWorx's commitment to Service, Sales, and Speed . Promote a safe and professional workplace by identifying and escalating concerns appropriately. Uphold company values through exceptional service to clients, candidates, and colleagues. What Success Looks Like Consistently maintaining a strong talent pipeline. High interview-to-offer and offer-to-start conversion rates. Fast, quality placements that meet client expectations. Strong candidate retention and engagement. Positive client relationships and high satisfaction levels. Achievement of recruiting, placement, lead generation, and fill-ratio goals. Active contribution to branch growth and team success. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, HR, or a related field. Bilingual in Spanish preferred by not necessary Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
