LP Job Summary:

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment to staff high-volume entry-level positions for fulfillment centers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and uses innovative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and source qualified candidates. Deliver a positive and professional experience for all applicants. Effectively juggle competing demands and prioritize tasks. Implement improvements to the recruitment process.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Industry Experience:

This role requires experience within a high-volume recruitment environment, ideally supporting operational or distribution center staffing.
