Position Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for driving high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple positions and locations. This role actively partners with hiring managers to source qualified candidates and efficiently move applicants through the hiring and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions, maintain strong candidate pipelines, meet demanding hiring timelines, and provide an excellent candidate experience. The position also provides support for onboarding, employee records, compliance, and other HR operations as needed. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions, from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, establish recruiting priorities, and develop effective sourcing strategies. Create and post jobs across job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms. Proactively source and engage qualified active and passive candidates using multiple recruiting methods. Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, evaluate candidate qualifications, and recommend candidates for interviews. Coordinate interviews, gather hiring-team feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare and extend conditional employment offers and support salary and start-date coordination. Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and other position-specific clearances. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current, recurring, and anticipated staffing needs. Track recruiting activity. Maintain accurate and compliant applicant and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system. Support new-hire onboarding, including completion and review of Form I-9 and other required employment documents. Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws, government-contract requirements, and company policies. Assist with employee records, audits, HR inquiries, training, events, and other HR operational needs as assignedRequirements and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. At least 3-5 years of talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient user of MS Office suite and experience with an HRIS system, preferably Paycom. Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the importance of integrity and confidentiality when handling human resource files and records. Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Why ChooseMIRACORP?
