Recruiter Location:
American Canyon & Sonoma, CA (Onsite)
Job Type:
Full-time, Direct Hire (Non-Exempt)
Pay:
$48,000-$60,000/year
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (training); post-probation schedule may vary between 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. based on business needs. As a Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter, you'll play a key role in fueling that mission—matching talent with employers in the light industrial and administrative sectors . You'll thrive here if you're energized by people, driven to hit goals, and love seeing the direct impact of your work on clients and candidates alike. What You'll Do Launch Jobs with Impact Partner with clients to capture role details and success factors. Write and post engaging job ads that stand out. Recruit & Build Talent Pipelines Source candidates through job boards, community outreach, and partnerships. Interview, screen, and verify applicants to ensure the right fit. Deliver for Clients Fill orders with urgency while balancing quality and speed. Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups after placements. Track & Measure Success Hit KPIs including time-to-fill, weekly placements, and client interviews . Keep accurate, organized records in our ATS. Grow Our Reach Represent BOLT at colleges, job fairs, and community events. Build lasting relationships that expand our recruiting network. Problem Solve Fast Handle no-shows, performance issues, and client concerns head-on with professionalism and urgency. You'll Succeed If You Have A customer-first mindset and urgency in your work. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Drive to meet goals with energy and initiative. Team orientation and ability to build rapport easily. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus. BA degree preferred (but not required).
