We are a leading provider of high-quality LED street, area, site, and traffic signal lighting solutions. We are committed to driving innovation and sustainability through our products, services, and customer support, serving both public and commercial sectors. We are currently transitioning into an IoT solutions and Data Management Systems (DMS) provider, leveraging street lighting technology and lighting grid infrastructure as its foundation.
About The Role:
The Talent Partner will play a critical role in supporting LEOTEK's continued growth by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of functions. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the Chief of Staff to understand hiring needs, build effective talent strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating a strong candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Partner closely with hiring managers and the Chief of Staff to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates through various channels (, referrals, job boards, etc.) Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Drive hiring processes forward with strong project management and timely communication Maintain accurate and organized candidate records Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent Lead and support college recruiting efforts, including attending career fairs and building partnerships with universities
Who You Are:
A collaborative and proactive partner who builds strong relationships with stakeholders Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Solutions-oriented with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Travel:
10% (primarily for college recruiting and career fairs)
