In this pivotal role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various departments and levels. Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and relationship management will ensure we attract and retain high-caliber professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding exceptional candidates through innovative recruiting techniques and HR best practices. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a wide range of roles across the organization. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Uattend,Bullhorn and internal HR systems. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on candidate sourcing and selection processes. Conduct HR sourcing activities such as campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet organizational staffing goals. Negotiate employment offers with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards. Manage candidate pipelines through research, cold calling, lead generation, and leveraging talent management software to identify potential fits quickly. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities within ATS platforms; support onboarding processes including employee orientation and employee evaluation procedures. Stay current on industry trends in recruiting, HR systems, and legal compliance to continuously improve talent acquisition practices. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, technical recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers alike. Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing; experience with ATS systems is essential. Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR sourcing best practices. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, social media marketing (recruitment), research techniques, and cold calling for candidate generation. Experience with HR systems including employee orientation programs, employee relations, employee evaluation processes, training & development initiatives, and succession planning. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
