This individual will play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing a full pipeline of open requisitions, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate records. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers and firm leadership to understand hiring needs, follow established recruiting processes, and help build a strong, reliable pipeline of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (PinPoint). Provide a responsive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Track and report on requisition status, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics. Support employer branding efforts and help build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline. Assist with additional recruiting and HR administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience. 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus. Professional, personable, and able to represent the firm well to candidates.
