We need someone internally whose job is to help find and hire the people who will build the next version of this company. This is not just a support role. You own the front end of our growth.
THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE IN-OFFICE POSITION IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA.
What you'll do Own end-to-end recruitment for internal hires — primarily recruiters, plus operations and leadership roles as we grow Build and run outbound sourcing campaigns to attract experienced 360 and 180 recruiters from competitor firms Develop entry-level and early-career pipelines: universities, career changers, athletes, high-performers from adjacent sales industries Run first-round screens and assess for the traits that actually predict success on a desk — resilience, coachability, competitiveness, work ethic Manage candidates through the full process: interview coordination, feedback loops, offer stage, close, and stay in contact through start date Partner with our Division Managers and Training & Development team so every hire lands in the right division with the right ramp plan Build and maintain a live talent pipeline so we're never starting from zero when a seat opens Own the employer brand externally — how Tiello shows up on LinkedIn, on job boards, and in a candidate's inbox What we're looking for: Required 2+ years in recruitment — agency, RPO, or in-house talent acquisition Proven sourcing ability: you can build a list from nothing and get responses from people who weren't looking Comfortable with high-volume outreach and the rejection that comes with it Strong closing skills — you can hold a candidate through a counter-offer conversation Organized to manage the entire process Strongly preferred Background in staffing/recruitment agency environments — you understand what the job actually is day to day Experience hiring at scale into a growing office Compensation & benefits Competitive base salary, plus bonuses, and paid benefits Performance-based bonus tied to hires made, quality of hire, and retention Open PTO Defined career path with clear progression into talent leadership as the office footprint grows Direct access to ownership — you'll work alongside the partners and have a real hand in shaping the future of the company Tiello is an equal opportunity employer.
