Overview We are seeking a proactive and people‑driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our staffing agency. In this role, you will connect top talent with our clients by managing the full recruitment. You'll play a key part in building strong candidate pipelines, supporting client hiring needs, and representing our agency with professionalism and cultural fluency. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement Source, screen, and interview candidates in both languages. Write and post job ads across multiple platforms. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs. Conduct reference checks and verify candidate qualifications Client Support Partner with account managers to understand client hiring requirements. Present qualified candidates with clear summaries and recommendations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Provide timely updates and maintain strong communication with clients. Recruitment Operations Manage applicant tracking and documentation in the ATS. Ensure compliance with agency, client, and legal hiring standards. Support onboarding processes when required (paperwork, orientation, etc.). Participate in job fairs, community events, and outreach initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (agency experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with ATS systems and common sourcing tools. High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for high‑volume or specialized roles. Knowledge of local labor markets and employment regulations. Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
