Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent for our Roseville team. This on-site role partners with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and identify candidates who align with our culture and values.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and relationship-building skills, a commitment to an exceptional candidate experience, and full-cycle recruiting experience across Engineering (ME, EE, Chem
E, EEE, MS
), Facilities (ME, EE), Electronics/Mechatronics (AS), IT and hourly roles, including technicians, mechanics, and production positions.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding coordination.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment partners.

Manage candidate pipelines, records and reporting through ATS platform. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews and fill positions efficiently.

Participate in employer branding activities and represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment eventsAnalyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and time-to-fill.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Keep stakeholders informed of hiring progress and pipeline activity.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Engineering, IT and non-exempt roles.

Preferred QualificationsPHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Experience with SmartRecruiters preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.

Knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements and talent acquisition best practices.

Strong interpersonal skills and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Additional InformationThis role will work on site in Roseville, CA.This position works Monday-Friday, additional hours as necessary.

Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
