Job Description

Continental Western Corporation is excited to announce an opening for a Corporate Recruiter to join our talented team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to support our business growth and ensure our workforce aligns with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for understanding the staffing needs of our 10 branch locations throughout the United States, developing recruiting strategies, and managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to final offer. Job Responsibilities, but not limited to: Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture. Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records. Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding preparations. Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. A bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field is preferred.
