$50-$75/hour + Performance Incentives About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts across engineering and technology teams. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent, including Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Embedded Systems Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other engineering professionals. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands technical skill sets, and excels at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and workforce planning goals
Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, professional organizations, and other recruiting channels
Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate technical experience, qualifications, and overall fit
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate availability trends, and compensation guidance
Build relationships within engineering and technical communities to expand talent networks
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS
Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of recruiting experience focused on engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, or other technical disciplines
Proven success sourcing and recruiting passive technical talent
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
Ability to understand technical job requirements and communicate effectively with engineering professionals
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting software, hardware, embedded systems, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or cloud engineering professionals
Previous agency recruiting experience supporting technical clients
Knowledge of engineering technologies, development methodologies, and technical assessment processes
Experience recruiting within startup, technology, or advanced manufacturing environments Compensation & Benefits $50-$75/hour plus performance-based incentives
