Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring needs in Colorado through a long-term contract assignment. This role will lead recruitment efforts across both technical and direct labor openings, helping teams attract and secure talent with relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, excellent organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of openings, from intake discussions through offer-stage coordination.
  • Create and publish compelling job advertisements that align with hiring needs and attract applicants with relevant experience.
  • Build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, database searches, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Evaluate applicants through resume review and initial screening conversations to identify strong matches for open roles.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and gather timely input from interview teams to keep hiring decisions moving forward.
  • Manage recruiting activity for both technical positions and direct labor or manufacturing-related roles.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and requisition records within the applicant tracking system, including SuccessFactors when applicable.
  • Oversee a fluctuating workload of open positions, often handling a substantial number of active requisitions at one time.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders during daytime business hours while working primarily onsite four days per week with some flexibility.
