Your relationships will be built on integrity, urgency, and grit; always striving for quick and efficient solutions with the utmost level of customer service. With the knack for engaging with others you, effortlessly build our qualified external workforce and strategically meet the needs of our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Full cycle recruiting & retention - sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, placing employees on assignment with our clients, and managing and retaining the best tradespeople out there!
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their business needs are met and any problems are resolved timely
• Maintaining real time documentation in our database so anyone can pick up where you left off
• Work closely as a team and with other departments while taking ownership of your responsibilities

Compensation:
