Job Description

The Senior Sales Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top commercial talent across CONMED's U.S. sales organization. This role partners directly with Regional Sales Directors, Area Sales Directors, HR Business Partners, and executive leadership to build talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This position owns the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and intake consultation through offer processing and onboarding. The Senior Sales Recruiter is expected to proactively source passive talent, influence hiring decisions, provide market intelligence, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple concurrent searches.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions ranging from entry level through leadership roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines. Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent communities, and direct outreach. Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and talent reviews to identify top talent. Manage multiple open requisitions while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Deliver talent market insights and recruiting recommendations to business leaders. Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline data to drive hiring decisions and continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted talent advisor and ambassador for the CONMED employment brand.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 4+ years recruiting professional-level talent within a corporate or agency environment. 1+ years of experience within Workday applicant tracking system. 1+ years of agency recruitment experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools. Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates through direct outreach, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted sourcing campaigns. Strong communication, relationship-building, executive presence and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to travel approximately 20% annually. This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting. This job posting is anticipated to close on October 1, 2026. We may, however, extend this time period, in which case the posting will remain available on careers.conmed.com.
