What You'll Do:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for Engineering, technical, professional, and executive-level positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals to develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify top talent. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Coach and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and best hiring practices. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership to improve hiring processes. Stay current on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and labor market conditions. Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting or sourcing on technical and professional positions

Strong engineering recruiting background Good relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
