Talent Acquisition Specialist Salary:

Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Actively source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, social media, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and initial interviews.
- Guide candidates through the selection, onboarding, and training process.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and applicant tracking systems while supporting hiring goals.
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 year of professional experience
- Strong drive to actively go out and "hunt" for the best talent
