Job Description
Description We are looking for a contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts for healthcare-focused roles. This position will manage talent identification and coordinating interviews with hiring managers, with an emphasis on building strong candidate pipelines and maintaining an efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and communication in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment activities for medical and healthcare-related openings, from intake discussions and screenings to communicating with hiring managers and scheduling interviews.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify talent with relevant experience using job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate experience, credentials, and overall fit for open positions.
- Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role expectations, align on timelines, and provide updates on market conditions and candidate activity.
- Manage 20+ requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system to support reporting and process consistency.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer-related communication to help move searches forward efficiently. Requirements
- Experience handling full cycle recruiting, preferably within medical, healthcare, or other regulated staffing environments.
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates proactively for hard-to-fill or high-demand positions.
- Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity without sacrificing attention to detail or candidate quality.
- Proficiency using JazzHR or other applicant tracking systems to document activity, monitor pipeline progress, and maintain organized records.
- Strong candidate screening skills, including the ability to assess qualifications, communication style, and role alignment.
- Highly independent worker with excellent time management skills and a track record of completing tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
