Job Description
Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Recruiter role in Newark, DE. The On-site Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for various clients. The purpose of this role is to acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates. Responsibilities for the On-site Recruiter role include: Identify sources, screens, and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities. Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles. Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements. Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory. Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clients' specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building. Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service. Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary. Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.
