! We are seeking a deadline-focused high volume Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of light industrial talent within the marketplace. The recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees Evaluate Candidates for skill relevance to the current opening Foster long-term relationships with candidates and potential job seekers Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Accurately maintain employee files Review and understand technical job requirement requirements Format resumes meeting client expectations Create detailed job descriptions Follow up with candidates Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits Attend networking events or career fairs Consistent use of our applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

1-2 years of light industrial recruiting experience is a must General understanding and knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport and relationships with all candidates Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding technical terms and information related to industries Self-confidence and self-starter Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting We offer a very competitive base salary plus performance based commissions and an excellent benefits package to include comprehensive medical plan, 401K savings and paid time off. We are also offering a flexible work schedule including remote/hybrid options.
