$39k•52k (depending on experience) + Commission Sales Recruiter•Worxweb Solutions | Boca Raton, FL This is a phone-heavy, high-activity recruiting role at a staffing company that moves fast and doesn't overthink things. We place candidates across insurance, sales, and specialty verticals with a client base that spans Florida and beyond. You'll be sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through pipelines for multiple clients at once. Some weeks are clean. Most aren't. You'll need to stay organized without someone managing your calendar for you. Compensation:

Base + commission. Your earnings are directly tied to your output. Top performers here make good money. Newer people who work hard still do well. People who coast don't last.
