Job Description
Specialty Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven recruiter with proven recruiting and placement experience in BOTH Travel Nursing and Allied Health . This is a full-cycle recruiting position for an experienced recruiter who can independently manage their desk, build a strong candidate pipeline, and consistently produce placements. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, submit, and place Travel Nursing and Allied Health professionals nationwide. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified healthcare travelers. Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting and placement process. Match candidates with assignments, negotiate compensation, and secure commitments. Develop long-term relationships that generate extensions, referrals, and repeat assignments. Meet and exceed individual placement and production goals. Work closely with credentialing and compliance to ensure successful starts. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of travel healthcare recruiting experience with a staffing agency. Must have direct recruiting and placement experience in BOTH Travel Nursing and Allied Health. Proven track record of successful placements and revenue production. Experience working with VMS/MSP accounts . Strong sourcing, candidate management, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated and able to manage a recruiting desk without micromanagement. Must be able to work full-time on-site in our Boynton Beach, FL office .
