Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and place various technical and non-technical candidates
- Ability to effectively work on a high volume of positions while managing multiple priorities
- Drive your own book of business
- Assist in the screening, interviewing, references checks, and onboarding of contract and direct placement candidates
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- Document and track interactions with prospective candidates within our Applicant Tracking System
- Post and update job descriptions on approved job boards, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
- Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors
- Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and accepted offers
- Work closely with the sales team and within the recruiting team to understand the client's culture, job requirements and business relationship
Required Skills:
- Desire to learn about recruiting best practices
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong Internet search and sourcing skill
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level
- Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and recommend staffing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with a diverse client base
- Ability to build a talent pipeline for prospective future growth
- A high comfort level utilizing social media is a must
- Sociable and outgoing
