The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's needs. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment labor laws, and the ability to leverage various tools and platforms for effective talent acquisition. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational culture. Duties Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process. Engage in lead generation activities to build a robust talent pipeline. Manage technical recruiting efforts for specialized roles within the organization. Support internal recruiting initiatives to promote employee growth and succession planning. Utilize UltiPro and Kronos for onboarding processes and time management solutions. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback. Qualifications Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Chinese Mandarin is required. Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in recruitment. Strong skills in lead generation, technical recruiting, and internal recruiting strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to understand their hiring needs. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
