Jacksonville, FL Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Recruiter (Wealth Mgmt/Finance) for a hybrid contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Jacksonville, FL. Onsite 3 days per week is non-negotiable. Not looking for a Technical Recruiter but a true head-hunter for VP to Director level in Global Wealth. Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping recruitment strategy and delivering measurable hiring outcomes across a high-impact, client-facing organization. If you bring deep direct sourcing expertise and a consultative approach to recruitment, this is an opportunity to make a significant contribution at one of the world's leading global banks.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Wealth Management organization, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to deliver a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Build and proactive direct sourcing strategies across social media channels, professional networks, and referral pipelines to identify high-caliber candidates for front office and financial services roles.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, candidate assessments, and guidance on competitive hiring approaches.
- Recommend and negotiate candidate offers, developing well-reasoned rationale for offer terms including complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, delivering timely updates and structured feedback.
- Research competitor hiring activity and peer organizations to keep firm's talent acquisition approach informed by current market trends.
- Ensure all recruitment activity adheres to firm's hiring policies, compliance standards, and best practice guidelines, escalating any risk or control concerns with transparency.
