Possible Temp to Hire Position The Junior Recruiter supports high-volume recruitment for all positions across the organization. This position is responsible for managing recruiting activities throughout the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and initial screening through interview coordination, offer, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, customer-service focused, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions and candidates in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Description:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, career fairs, and other recruitment channels. Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on established job requirements. Conduct initial phone or virtual screens and provide qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience. Assist with job postings, position updates, advertisements, and recruitment campaigns. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, community outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and effectively use applicant tracking and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
