Part-Time Recruitment and Call Specialist (Undergraduate Students Welcome!) Part-Time | Auzmer Research | Lakeland, FL Starting at $18/hour Auzmer Research is seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support our patient recruitment efforts for ongoing clinical trials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable on the phone, and is interested in healthcare or clinical research. The primary focus of this position will be contacting potential participants, discussing study opportunities, and helping guide patients through the prescreening process. This position is an excellent opportunity for sophomores and juniors considering careers in medicine, nursing, physician assistant studies, public health, pharmacy, or clinical research.

Schedule Part-Time:

6-8 hours/week

3-4 hour shifts What You'll Do Contact potential research participants by phone. Screen patients for study eligibility using scripted questionnaires. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls. Maintain accurate call logs and patient records. Answer basic questions about clinical research studies. Help with recruitment initiatives and community outreach. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Current undergraduate student (preferred sophomore or junior). Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods. Friendly, professional, and compassionate. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Interest in healthcare or clinical research is preferred.
