Job description: Our company is looking for a Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist that is familiar with the Staffing Industry. Main responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure good fit, and staying connected with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end recruiting, pre-screening and onboarding, including candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, and in some cases, the hiring decision. Be able to multi-task in a sometimes fast pace environment. Managing a wide range of high-volume requisitions for various companies. Developing innovative strategies around finding top talent; creating best practices around upon proven success of new strategies. Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be a competitor in recruiting practices Meeting with manager to go over pipeline and make recommendations and/or adjustments as needed. Keep daily records of activity with clients and talent. Additional office duties as needed.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices and employment laws/regulations. Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and have presentation skills. Must have customer service skills and be able to build relationships with clients and talent. Able to adapt to tight timelines and changing priorities. Demonstrate good work ethic (team player) Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus not required) Experience level: 1 year min. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
