Join Our Team as a Technical IT Recruiter - Staff Augmentation Are you a passionate IT recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? Do you enjoy partnering with sales teams, engaging with clients, and helping organizations secure top technical talent? We're looking for a Technical IT Recruiter to support our growing Nearshore Staff Augmentation business across Latin America. About the Role This is more than a traditional recruiting position. As a Technical IT Recruiter , you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, clients, internal recruiting teams, and staffing vendors to deliver highly qualified technology professionals for client projects. You'll play a direct role in fueling business growth by converting client demand into successful, billable placements. What You'll Do Partner with Sales teams and clients to understand technical hiring needs, skill requirements, timelines, and rate expectations. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for staff augmentation opportunities, including: Requisition intake and validation Candidate sourcing and screening Resume submissions Interview coordination Candidate communications Offer support and onboarding coordination Collaborate with internal recruiting teams and approved staffing partners throughout LATAM to build strong candidate pipelines. Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Maintain accurate ATS records, pipeline tracking, reporting, and client-facing recruitment updates. Coordinate pricing approvals, SOW processes, and recruiting documentation to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and compliance. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Proven experience in IT recruiting, technical recruiting, staff augmentation, or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of technology roles and technical skill sets, including software development, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data-related positions. Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Preferred Experience Experience supporting Nearshore or LATAM talent acquisition initiatives. Knowledge of staffing engagement models, bill rates, margins, and SOW-driven recruiting environments. Experience collaborating with sales organizations and external staffing partners.
