Salary :

$39,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

• No prior industry experience is required as we offer paid training
• As a Technical Recruiter for Bentley Global, you will be contacting industry professionals and representing them on our client's job requirements.

You will review and understand the client's needs, evaluate candidate strengths, act as an interview coach, negotiate wages, and extend offers.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• College graduate highly preferred; Bachelor's degree.
• Prior sales or customer service experience highly preferred.
• Desire to develop and grow a career in sales or recruiting.
• Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized.
• Requires exceptional verbal skills and good written abilities.
• Experience working on tight deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Superior attention to detail and organizations skills.
